Abstract
Introduction: The role of employment in the dynamics of human life is irrefutable and it can be considered as the center of communication between human and society. Since villages play an important role in the development of third world countries , the most important field that can cause rural development is the employment of women. In fact, creating employment and entrepreneurship is one of the most important challenges for policymakers in the sustainable development of rural areas.

Purpose of the research: The goal of this research; Knowing the economic situation and employment of women in the villages nomadic areas of North Khorasan province and subsequently knowing the factors affecting the improvement of women's employment in these areas.

Research methodology: The current research, in terms of its purpose, includes applied research and in terms of its nature and method, it is descriptive-analytical. In terms of the method of data collection and analysis, this research has used the rural participation assessment (PRA) methods.

Geographical area of research: The village of Sokhso Hashem located in the border province of North Khorasan in an area in the nomads territory of the northeast of the country in 1402 has a population of 1531 people and is facing an increase in population.

Results and discussion: According to the results of the analysis, the average obtained is 27.76, shows that economic and financial obstacles are one of the most important obstacles to women's creating employment. The average obtained about the individual situation is 22.69, individual obstacles have less effect on the creating employment of rural.

Conclusion : the based on the advantages, potentials, strategies are Facilitation and effective training in villages, create festivals, competitions and village markets for rural products, process of obtaining skills and business licenses, prevent raw sales and complete the value chain of village products, stablishing of women's micro credit funds.
