Methodology The method of descriptive-survey research and the statistical population of the research were 66 members of village councils and people living in different villages of this County. The validity of the questions was confirmed by experts and its reliability was obtained using Cronbach's alpha test at good and excellent levels. Geographical area of research The villages located in the nomadic area of Shaft County, with an economy based on agriculture and horticulture, animal husbandry and animal husbandry, beekeeping, forest exploitation and related industries are located in the southwest of Guilan province. Results and discussion Statistical analysis of data using Bartlett's test (KMO) exploratory factor analysis shows the adequacy of sample data and the existence of relationship between variables. By using this combined model, it was extracted without the need to examine all the houses of the SWOT matrix (by reducing the size of the SWOT matrix) and establishing a statistical relationship between internal and external factors. The residents of Shaft County were considered. مقدمه : از آنجا که در جوامع در حال انتقال، نیمی از جمعیت در روستاها به سر می‌برند و نیمی از جمعیت روستایی زنان هستند، یکی از راه‌های دستیابی به این منابع نیروی انسانی، مطالعه فعالیت‌های اقتصادی زنان روستایی در عرصه‌های گوناگون است. زنان روستایی هم در خانه و هم در خارج خانه به فعالیت‌های تولیدی مشغول هستند و ایجاد مازاد اقتصادی می‌کنند، هدف پژوهش: هدف این پژوهش ارائه راهبردها و تعیین اولویت‌های استراتژیک افزایش مشارکت زنان در اقتصاد روستایی شهرستان شفت با استفاده از مدل ترکیبی SWOT، QSPM و تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی است. روش شناسی تحقیق :روش پژوهش توصیفی- پیمایشی و جامعه آماری پژوهش نیز 66 نفر از اعضای دهیاری‌ها و افراد ساکن در روستاهای مختلف این شهرستان بودند. روایی سوالات توسط افراد متخصص مورد تایید و پایایی آن با استفاده از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ در حد خوب و عالی بدست آمد. قلمروجغرافیایی پژوهش: روستاهای واقع در قلمرو کوچ نشینان شهرستان شفت ، بااقتصاد متکی بر زراعت و باغداری، دامداری ودامپروری، زنبورداری، بهره برداری از جنگل و صنایع وابسته به آنها در جنوبغربی استان گیلان قراردارد. یافته ها و بحث : تجزیه و تحلیل آماری داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون بارتلت (KMO) تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی نشان دهنده کفایت داده‌های نمونه و وجود رابطه بین متغیرها است. با استفاده از این مدل ترکیبی بدون نیاز به بررسی تمام خانه‌های ماتریس SWOT (از طریق کاهش حجم ماتریس SWOT)و برقراری رابطه آماری بین عوامل داخلی و خارجی استخراج شد. در نهایت پنج راهبرد زیر "آموزش‌های لازم جهت تقویت روحیه خودباوری و همچنین کسب مهارت‌های لازم در زمینه فعالیت‌های تولیدی"، "تاکید بر امر گردشگری روستایی (اگروتوریسم، اکوتوریسم) و نقش و مشارکت بارز زنان روستایی در افزایش درآمد خانوارها و اشتغالزایی"، حمایت از زنان در قالب تشکل‌ها و اتحادیه‌ها و صندوق‌های قرض‌الحسنه جهت افزایش توان مالی آنها"، "افزایش سطح آگاهی زنان از طریق رسانه‌های دولتی و راه‌اندازی کارگاه‌ها و بنگاه‌های اقتصادی خاص زنان روستایی" و " ایجاد زیرساخت‌ها، فن‌آوری‌ها و امکانات لازم جهت تبلیغ، عرضه و بازاریابی محصولات تولیدی و برداشتن موانع رشد زنان از لحاظ اقتصادی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی از طریق افزایش سطح سواد، تحصیل و آموزش‌های لازم" از اولویت‌های این پژوهش جهت افزایش مشارکت زنان در اقتصاد روستاهای شهرستان شفت در نظر گرفته شد. نتیجه گیری: در نهایت راهبردهای "آموزش‌های لازم جهت تقویت روحیه خودباوری و کسب مهارت‌های لازم در زمینه فعالیت‌های تولیدی"، "تاکید بر امر گردشگری روستایی در افزایش درآمد خانوارها و اشتغالزایی"،" حمایت از زنان در قالب تشکل‌ها و اتحادیه‌ها و صندوق‌های قرض‌الحسنه "، "افزایش سطح آگاهی زنان " و " ایجاد زیرساخت‌ها، فن‌آوری‌ها و امکانات لازم " از اولویت‌های این پژوهش جهت افزایش مشارکت زنان در اقتصاد روستاهای قلمرو کوچ نشینان شهرستان شفت در نظر گرفته شد.
